The Association for the Study of Songun Politics UK , the Juche Idea Study Group of England the UK Korean Friendship Association issued the following joint statement in support the the statement of the DPRK National Defence Commission Policy Department statement.

Our organisations add our voice to the support for the statement made on the 18th of April by the Policy Dept of the DPRK NDC. The so -called dialogue advocated by the US and south Korea is nothing but deception to lure the DPRK into enter one -sided and humiliating talks which are in reality little more than a mechanism to force unilateral disarmament on the DPRK , induce "opening up" and stifle the Juche -based socialist system of the DPRK.

Any talks between the DPRK and US can only take place on the basis equality  and respect for the DPRK 's independence. Therefore we support the three points advanced by the DPRK NDC. Firstly , all UNSC sanctions against the DPRK should be revoked and the south Korean puppets, secondly for the US to publicly give assurances not to stage nuclear war exercises in Korea , and , thirdly to withdraw all forms of nuclear weaponry from Korea . If the US really wants peace it should accept the three points as a valid basis for negotiations. However if the US refuses to accept the three points it will prove beyond all reasonable doubt that the US is not sincere about peace and simply aims at nothing less than destroying the DPRK.
The US has to realise that the DPRK is not fooled by the phoney and empty rhetoric of the US about "peace" . Moreover the DPRK is not like those countries in the past which entertained an illusion about peace and seeked to make unprincipled compromises with imperialism.
The statement of the  NDC policy department shows that the DPRK is maintaing a strong and militant anti-imperialist line of independence under the Songun revolutionary leadership of dear respected Marshal Kim Jong Un.
