U.S., S. Korea Slammed for Tightening anti-DPRK Nexus: CPRK Secretariat

Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- The Secretariat of the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of Korea (CPRK) released information bulletin No. 1013 Saturday as regards the U.S. and the south Korean authorities' ever-more tightened nexus against the DPRK.
The information bulletin says:
Shortly ago, the former external strategy planner of Chongwadae, the chief of Information Headquarters of the Defence Ministry, chief of the "headquarters for negotiations for peace on Korean Peninsula" of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and others flocked to the U.S. There they met with the U.S. Special Representative for north Korea Policy of the State Department, the assistant secretary of State for East Asia and the Pacific, the Asia adviser of the National Security Council of White House, information authorities and experts on the Korean Peninsula and discussed "cooperation initiatives" and north's nuclear issue before the "presidential elections" in south Korea.
On Oct. 24, the south Korean minister of Defense held "security consultative meeting" with those concerned of the U.S. Defense Department in the U.S. They talked about joint counteraction while calling for establishing "tailored deterrence strategy to cope with the north's nuclear and missile threats".
In the meantime, the vice-minister of the U.S. State Department, the special representative for north Korea Policy of State Department and the special human rights envoy for north Korea flew to Seoul to hold a confab with relevant officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Ministry of Unification, Saenuri Party, experts on DPRK as well as human scum obsessed by escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen.
Serious is that the U.S. and the south Korean puppet regime through those frequent visits and confabs loudly talked about "story about the north's provocation" while saying that the north's additional provocation is highly possible and the stable control of the Korean Peninsula is necessary.
This is shameful sophism distorting the truth and misleading the public opinion, another intolerable provocation against the DPRK.
As shown by the grave situation prevailing on the Korean Peninsula, the U.S. and the Lee Myung Bak regime are harasser of peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and provoker.
The U.S. provided the puppet regime with more missile capacity to use it as a shock brigade in igniting a war on the peninsula at any cost. It is now keen on anti-DPRK war racket by reintroducing the U.S. chemical unit that had been withdrawn from south Korea and massively amassing precision guided shells and other lethal weapons and war hardware.
At the tacit connivance and instigation of the U.S, traitor Lee Myung Bak made invectives slandering the dignity and social system of the DPRK almost every day and even staged confrontation farce on Yonphyong Island where the north and the south stand in acute confrontation.
The puppet regime prodded defectors to the south to scatter leaflets defaming the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK, and the puppet military warmongers intruded into territorial waters of the DPRK side and opened fire at civilian fishing boats. They even staged frantic DPRK-targeted war exercises dubbed Hoguk.
This notwithstanding, the U.S. and the south Korean regime are working hard for closer nexus against the DPRK under the pretext of "provocation" and "stable control of Korean Peninsula". This is a shameless act reminding one of a thief crying "Stop the thief".
The U.S. master and the south Korean stooge are intensifying nexus while peddling the absurd "story about the north's provocation" before the "presidential elections". Their sinister aim is to fake up "northward wind" and extend the tenure of the pro-U.S. conservative regime.
The "presidential election" in south Korea is vital for the U.S. in continuing its DPRK policy and furthering the strategy of focusing on Asia by extending the stay of the regime in power.
The south Korean regime also urgently needs the U.S. help as the situation turns unfavorable for it before the election.
It is against this backdrop that the U.S. and the south Korean regime raised the fictitious "story about the north's provocation" and tightened conspiracy and collusion for the pro-U.S. conservative regime's stay in power.
This is a clumsy farce going against the trend of the times and history.
Their anti-DPRK confrontation racket will precipitate their miserable end.
The U.S. should stop straining tension and destroying peace on the peninsula and its policy of favoring the south Korean regime and antagonizing the DPRK as it will not be beneficial to the DPRK-U.S. relations and the regional situation.
The broad segment of the south Koreans should clearly see through the sinister aim sought by the south Korean regime and the U.S. in tightening nexus, and wage unflinching actions to deter the pro-U.S. conservative regime from taking power. -0-
